The KlangBureau was established in 1996 as part of BEXSTUDIOTON. The main focus of this studio is on sound-design and experimenting with electronic sound-generators of all varieties.

Analog und digital synthesizer, computers, raw electronics, cheap circuit-bent toys, the DSP-based sound-design systems KYMA/Capybara and Nord Modular G2, or the MAX/MSP development-system are the tools to explore new soundscapes or modify existing material.
